Co-owner & Host
Rupa grew up in a hospitality-minded family and spent the early part of her career in customer experience at large hotel groups before she and Chenthil began acquiring the small handful of homes that became Sedona Haven Rentals. She believes the small things — the welcome basket, the right pillows, a hand-written note about the best sunrise vantage point — are what turn a vacation rental into a real haven.
When she is not personally walking each property between guests, you will find Rupa on the Boynton Canyon trail with her camera, or hosting friends for a long dinner at the kitchen island in our Uptown home. Reach out — she answers her own phone and email.
Co-owner & Operations
Chenthil came to short-term rentals from a 20-year technology career — he is the reason the site you are reading exists, why the calendar is always in sync with Hostaway, and why guests can book direct without phone tag. He treats every property like a small product: instrument it, measure it, fix the friction.
Behind the scenes Chenthil keeps the lights on — coordinating cleaners, vendors, maintenance, and the small army of details that lets Rupa focus on the guest experience. He is also the family's resident hike-planner and is happy to send you a custom itinerary if you ask.
