Chenthil is the operations half of Sedona Haven Rentals, the family-owned Sedona vacation rental collection he and Rupa have hosted since 2018. He came to short-term rentals from a 20-year technology career — he is the reason this site exists, why the booking calendar is always in sync, and why guests can book direct without phone tag.

Behind the scenes he keeps the lights on: coordinating cleaners, vendors, maintenance, and the small army of details that lets Rupa focus on the guest experience. He treats every property like a small product — instrument it, measure it, fix the friction.
