Great place to stay! You can’t get any better views around. Quiet and beautiful spot, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the view! The house is very tidy and clean, would love to stay here again!

Hands down my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Brand new build, stunning views at each direction. Property is at the end of its road and at the top. I brought a 16ft utility trailer with my side by side loaded and made it up no problem. I plan to stay here again next time I visit Sedona.
Absolutely spectacular stay. The views are honestly hard to put into words — panoramic red rock and forest scenery in every direction. The rooftop deck and hot tub made it feel like we were sitting on top of Sedona.
The home itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and extremely well appointed. Everything felt modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully done, from the kitchen to the outdoor spaces. We also loved how private and peaceful it felt backing directly onto the national forest, while still being close to everything Sedona has to offer.
One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We would return in a heartbeat.

VERY NICE HOME, VERY CLEAN, THE PROPERTY IS AMAZING. HUGE PICTURE WINDOWS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOME. ANY WHERE YOU GO YOU HAVE A VIEW. THE STARS WERE STUNNING AND SO SO MANY OF THEM. THE HOT TUB VERY RELAXING AND THE DECK, 360 VIEWS THAT ARE UNBELIEVABLE. THERE IS A SUPER CUTE BREAKFAST/LUNCH SPOT RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, WE ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH A COUPLE OF TIMES. NOT TO FAR FROM TOWN, SUPER CLOSE TO SLIDE ROCK. WOULD FOR SURE STAY AGAIN!!!
We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful. We found that the views here were better than any other place we visited in Sedona. The house is spacious, well equipped, and clean. Rupa is a great host. As others have said in their reviews, you’ll leave wishing you had booked an extra night.
What an amazing stay! Extremely clean and comfortable. The house looked and smelled brand new and we were truly blown away by how nice it was. The views from the house and the rooftop deck were unbelievable. A quick 10-minute drive into Sedona. My husband and I stayed at Rupa’s Top of the world retreat for my 40th birthday. I spent countless hours trying to pick the perfect place and I’m so glad I settled on this one.
It’s the perfect central location, but also privately tucked away. All popular hikes and restaurants were within 20/30 mins.
And honestly it was one of the best views in the city! We spent lots of time watching the birds, bring your binoculars!!
The house was modern but still comfy and inviting. Kitchen was well stocked- especially appreciated the flavored coffee and Hexclad pans!!
Hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking!
Rupa was quick to respond and sent the caretaker over a few times for various things.

Look no further to book your next stay at Rupa’s in Sedona! From breathtaking views from all angles of the house to privacy while sitting outdoor it was a memorable vacation. My favorite part was opening up the blinds every morning and staring at the red rocks from the bed as the sun rose. While it was a bit too chilly, the rooftop would be a peaceful location to do some yoga or a workout while admiring the 360 views. The house was perfect for a romantic getaway and had all the amenities one needs. The host, Rupa, goes above and beyond to give clear instructions for arrival, checking in to make sure you’re having a good stay and was responsive when we had a question. One of the best experiences I’ve had and will gladly return in the future!

This is an amazing location and the house is stunning! Rupa is an excellent host and was very quick to communicate when I had questions. She was extremely helpful. The views at the house are incredible, and it is a private location which we enjoyed. It is just outside of town which is nice, but close enough to go into Sedona. Plenty of great hikes and exploring near by. The house is brand new, and it is well appointed with everything you will need. Many thoughtful touches. The roof top deck is great for star gazing and taking in the views. We wil definitely be back next time we visit Sedona. Thank you, Rupa.

4. Fire Safety: - Due to fire restrictions in Sedona, no outdoor fires or fireworks are allowed. Please be mindful of fire safety during your stay.
5. Wildlife and Trash: - Keep Sedona’s wildlife safe by ensuring all trash is placed in secure bins. Do not leave food or trash outside overnight.
6. Water Conservation: - Sedona is in a desert area, so please help conserve water by limiting shower time and reusing towels where possible.
7. Hiking Gear and Red Rock Dust: - After hiking, please remove boots and gear before entering the home to avoid tracking in red rock dust. We have a designated area for gear storage.
8. Parking: - Parking is available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed in many areas of Sedona, so please use the designated spaces.
9. Hot Tub Use (if applicable): - The hot tub hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. No glass is allowed in the hot tub area for safety reasons.
10. Smoking Policy: - This is a non-smoking property. Smoking indoors or outdoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
11. Pet Policy (if applicable): - We allow two pets with prior approval and a pet fee of $75 per pet. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and cleaned up after.
