Great host very responsive and helpful
Really enjoyed this apartment - it was bigger than I expected, the bathroom was especially nicely sized. Rupa was very friendly and responsive, including one evening when I had issues with the door lock (I think they were user error, but I really appreciated that she answered and was super helpful).
Great location close to solid restaurants, with a cafe steps away.
Only thing I'd flag - if you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. They have curtains but light does come through into the bedroom. Not an issue for me, just something to get ahead of if it would impact you.

This unit is in a very safe part of east Nashville! There is a great coffee shop in the building next to it. The parking lot was also safe and always had spots to park in. The unit was clean and as described. I did have one issue with the door code not working upon check-in, but Rupa responded instantly and I was able to get in after that!
Great place to stay! Super clean! Great location! 10 minutes from broadway and 10 minutes away from the Opry! Rupa is very responsive and super nice! Very comfortable place to stay! I recommend staying here if you get a chance!

We had a wonderful stay at Rupa’s apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay, which made it feel like a home away from home.
The location was fantastic—just about 9 minutes from downtown Nashville, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a quieter neighborhood. One of our favorite features was the rooftop area. After spending evenings enjoying the lively music scene in Nashville, it was the perfect place to unwind and relax, creating some of our favorite memories from the trip.
Rupa was also very communicative and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nashville and would gladly stay here again in the future.

We have stayed with Rupa before and it worked perfectly for our purpose. When it was available for this trip, we were very excited! Love how we can set the thermostat and it doesn't reset during our stay - yes that happened in a different room in the same building. We even extended our stay! Love the location and the rooftop view is spectacular! However, the best part was how Rupa anticipated our every need & communicated proactively! Such an awesome host! We'll be back!
Great place to stay—not necessarily walkable to most locations, but with a rental car and a nice large free parking lot at the condo, it’s easy to get around. Rey comfortable for the two of us—great mattress, updated appliances, and plenty of linens. Make this your next visit!
Our stay in East Nashville was amazing! Beautifully walkable neighborhood with only a 10 minute ride to Broadway/The Gulch!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Rupa’s second floor condominium with access to a beautiful, sunny rooftop space.
We had everything we needed, and her home was clean and comfortable! It was a very convenient location and I hope to return!
This is just far enough out from the zoo but close enough for a cheap uber ride into downtown. The place is clean, communication is spot on and the bed is comfortable. We will be back!
This was a fine place to stay while we explored different parts of Nashville. It was nice and clean. Our trip was short - 2 nights. Unfortunately, the people upstairs would be up all hours of the night and we got woken up each night all hours. The bed is also small so we didn’t sleep comfortably. Something else that affected our sleep was that the thermostat would adjust at different times so we couldn’t keep it at a comfortable temperature. It seems that a lot of the places there are rentals for Airbnb so you get different people coming in and out. Not the best way to end our trip in Tennessee.
It was our second time staying here and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We truly enjoyed roof top patio . The location was grate and within short walking distance to cafeteria and brewery. We would definitely stay here again . Rupa was amazing host .
Had a great stay. Rupa responded quickly to 2 questions/comments we had during our stay. I had read in other reviews about the thermostat adjusting on its own and we experienced that once but easy to adjust. Clean, bright, cheerful place and easy parking!! I’ll be back - my kids live just a 1/2 mile away! Love East Nash!

Great stay in Nashville! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was also in a great location close to downtown, which made getting around really easy. One of the best parts was the rooftop view, it was beautiful and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Nashville.
Rupa was a phenomenal host. Rupa was very pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding to anything I needed while staying. I was actually stuck in Nashville because of a blizzard that affected Boston MA. When I had to tell Rupa I had to extend an extra night because of cancelled flights, Rupa was very understanding. The responsiveness Rupa had with me during my entire stay was a blessing. I would 100000% use this space and host again if I land when I come back to nashville. We need more hosts like Rupa. Check in process was easy for me and the space was perfect. Great items in the kitchen for a home cooked meal. And checkout rules were very easy. Rupa even let me check in an hour early. 15 out of 10 to rate my experience.

We had an amazing stay at Rupas place. The location was great and safe and just a short uber to Nashville. The rooftop was really nice with a great view. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. Communication and great and very flexible. Would not hesitate to book again.

Our stay at Sedona Haven was absolutely perfect. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Rupa was an incredible host—very kind, responsive, and accommodating. We especially appreciated how peaceful and comfortable the property was. Positive: Clean apt and only a mile from our primary destination. Love the rooftop.
Negative: Small issue with ice maker- had same problem in June. Property manager delivered bag of ice.
This place was in such a cute neighborhood with a nice local coffee shop just below! It was perfect for our family before going to the titans game.

Apartment is in a good location with plenty of well-lit parking. The apartment was well decorated and looked to be recently renovated. An incredible value in an area making a comeback.
I have two items I would like to see improvement. One, the bed seemed incredibly cheap and of subpar quality. We were comfortable, but the bed was very flimsy.
More importantly, the AC would not hold the temperature at the level we would set. It was either programmed to reset to a higher temperature after a period of not adjusting (ie, being out during the day, sleeping) or the host would adjust remotely. Either way, we woke up in the morning and returned to the BnB with the temperatures in the upper 70’s. Not comfortable to us, as we had the thermostat set to 68 during the 90 degrees outside temperatures.
All in all, it was a great place to stay, but we won’t be able to return unless the AC programming is fixed to what we adjust during our stay. If that is corrected, we’d be glad to stay again.
Airbnb was perfect and Rupy was the perfect host! It was close to downtown Nashville and was in walking distance of cool shops and bars/restaurants in the area! It was also the perfect size for me and my fiance, and the neighborhood was also very quiet! I highly recommend this place!

The place is brand new and very clean. Not far from downtown at all and it’s an easy commute there. There were extra towels, blankets, pillows, etc. They also provide shower necessities. Rupa is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here for one week and wish I would have booked for longer! I’ll definitely be coming back to this place. Rupa is a wonderful host and the Airbnb is even better than the pictures. New, clean, close to a lot of great restaurants and in a really nice neighborhood. If you’re looking for a great place to live and work in Nashville, I would highly recommend this place!
Great spot to stay with our small 14 year old beagle mix. Hosts give great instructions and place is very clean and convenient.
The area is so cute and a short drive to all of the top spots we had on our list while visiting Nashville. We drove so it was very nice having flexible parking every night. Uber to broadway is around $10. Everything we needed was provided. If I had to be picky the thermostat seemed to reset to 78 while we were gone and it took a few hours to cool, one night the thermostat reset to 75 while we were sleeping. Not sure if user error but it was very minor. Definitely recommend!
The condo was beautiful with all the amenities that you would need! Bed was comfortable and good memory foam pillows. All the instructions and communication were quick and clear.

Great location being about 10 minutes to downtown Nashville, area has cute restaurants, and shops nearby. The condo was just the right size for two of us and was very clean, with a comfy bed. The host was very helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area. We will definitely be back.

Negative: Internet did not work. Was not resolved for two days. No cable or antenna--only streaming services which cannot be used without internet. Keycode did not work. Stood outside in cold for 10-15 minutes while it was resolved.

Positive: Hosts were great and helpful - they were very accommodating and responded to my texts / inquiries very quickly. They clearly take pride in their rentals. I stayed longer term than I have in any other rental and they made it a great experience. It's a short drive away from the heart of East Nashville, but has a coffee shop, small grocer, and hair salon within a few minutes walking distance.

2. Noise Consideration for Downstairs Unit: - There is a separate living space downstairs that serves as another rental unit. Please keep noise to a minimum while walking or talking in the living room and kitchen, especially after 9 PM, to respect the privacy and comfort of those below.
3. No Parties or Events: - To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, parties and events are not permitted.
4. Fire Safety: - Due to fire restrictions in Sedona, no outdoor fires or fireworks are allowed. Please be mindful of fire safety during your stay.
5. Wildlife and Trash: - Keep Sedona’s wildlife safe by ensuring all trash is placed in secure bins. Do not leave food or trash outside overnight.
6. Water Conservation: - Sedona is in a desert area, so please help conserve water by limiting shower time and reusing towels where possible.
7. Hiking Gear and Red Rock Dust: - After hiking, please remove boots and gear before entering the home to avoid tracking in red rock dust. We have a designated area for gear storage.
8. Parking: - Parking is available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed in many areas of Sedona, so please use the designated spaces.
9. Hot Tub Use (if applicable): - The hot tub hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. No glass is allowed in the hot tub area for safety reasons.
10. Smoking Policy: - This is a non-smoking property. Smoking indoors or outdoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
11. Pet Policy (if applicable): - We allow two pets with prior approval and a pet fee of $75 per pet. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and cleaned up after.
12. Check-out Procedure: - Check-out is by 10 AM. Please leave the house tidy, place all trash in bins, and lock the doors before you depart.
13. Leave No Trace: - When exploring Sedona’s natural beauty, please follow the Leave No Trace principles and respect local wildlife and the environment.
