What we collect

• Booking information — your name, email, phone, and the dates of your stay. This is needed to create the reservation in our property-management system (Hostaway).
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe via Hostaway. We never see your card number.
• Contact form messages — what you write, plus your IP for spam prevention.
• Newsletter signups — your email address only, with double-opt-in confirmation.

What we do with it

We use this information to confirm your reservation, communicate with you before and during your stay, and send occasional travel tips if you opted into the newsletter. We do not sell your data, share it with marketing networks, or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to remember your booking selection between pages. We do not run third-party trackers like Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics user-level tracking. Cloudflare uses cookies for security and CDN performance.

Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your information, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
