Sedona rewards the slow traveler. A week gets you the postcard views — a month gets you golden-hour hikes without the crowds, your favorite table at the farmers market, and a red-rock backyard that starts to feel like yours. Our Sedona long stay rentals are fully furnished and set up for extended living, and stays of 28 nights or more book at discounted monthly rates.
Why book a long stay in Sedona?
Snowbirds & seasonal escapes
Trade winter for Sedona's mild high-desert season. Settle in for a month or the whole season with everything already furnished and connected.
Remote work with a view
High-speed wifi, full kitchens, and quiet neighborhoods — take calls in the morning and hit the trailhead by late afternoon.
Relocation & in-between stays
Building, selling, or moving to the area? A furnished monthly rental bridges the gap without leases, deposits, or utility setup.
Not sure which month fits your stay? Our local month-by-month Sedona guides cover weather, crowds, and what's open for every month of the year.
How monthly discounts work
Stays of 28 nights or more automatically qualify for discounted long-stay rates — the nightly price drops below our standard rate, and the longer you stay, the better the math gets. Discounts vary by home and season, so the best move is to ask for a quote: call us at (602) 881-3191 or send us your dates and we’ll price your exact stay. You book direct with the owners — no OTA service fees.
Choosing a home for a month or longer
What matters on a one-week trip and what matters on a one-month stay are different lists. Over a week, the view wins. Over a month, it’s the second bathroom, the desk that faces a window, the kitchen you actually want to cook in three nights a week, and a driveway you can get in and out of after dark. Every home in our collection is fully furnished with utilities, high-speed wifi, linens, and a stocked kitchen included — nothing to transfer, connect, or move in.
Location shapes a long stay more than anything else. West Sedona puts you closest to the grocery stores, the gym, and the trailheads you’ll use on a weekday afternoon — it’s the practical base for a working month. The Village of Oak Creek sits a little quieter and a little cheaper, about ten minutes south. Uptown is walkable to restaurants but busiest in season. Oak Creek Canyon trades convenience for shade, water, and cooler summer nights. If you’re bringing a dog, staying with family, or want a hot tub to come home to after a long hike, start from the collection that matches and work down.
