Most of our large properties cluster in West Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek — both within ten minutes of the famous trailheads and twenty minutes from Uptown's shops and restaurants. The short drive between areas gives groups the freedom to split into hikers vs. spa-goers vs. wine-tasters and reconvene for dinner without anyone feeling stranded.
Large-group rental rates & when to book
Group rates start around $400/night for a 4-bedroom and scale up to $1,200+/night for our 5- and 6-bedroom estates. Book early — large-format Sedona inventory thins out fast for holiday weekends, spring break, Thanksgiving, Christmas week, and the October red-rock peak when the cottonwoods turn gold along Oak Creek.
