Our 4-bedroom-and-larger Sedona rentals are built for group trips: family reunions, milestone birthdays, friends-turned-family vacations, and small wedding parties. With four or more bedrooms (some sleep up to fourteen) you get multiple primary-style suites, kid-friendly secondary rooms, and the kind of square footage that lets the early-risers brew coffee in the kitchen while the late sleepers stay undisturbed at the far end of the house.
These properties typically include open-plan great rooms with dining seating for ten or more, multiple bathrooms (look for at least three full baths in our 5-bedroom-plus tier), two-car garages plus driveway parking, and oversized patios with hot tubs, gas fire pits, and panoramic red-rock views. Several also include heated pools, casitas for an additional couple, and game rooms with pool tables or shuffleboard.
Group rates for the 4-bedroom tier start around $420/night; our largest 5- and 6-bedroom homes run $850–$1,500/night and book out months in advance for spring break, October red-rock peak, Thanksgiving, and Christmas week. Book early and split the cost — these homes are the best per-person value in Sedona.
