Rupa was a wonderful host and responded so quickly. The home is beautiful and the views from the living room and rooftop are worth the stay alone.
The house was beautiful and the views unbeatable. Inside was clean, everything was labeled so you didn’t have to search for things. A few things to improve:
furniture on the rooftop deck was dirty/worn/unusable. Had an issue with small ants in the living room and kitchen. Water pressure could improve. There’s got to be effort into reducing mosquitos. We really weren’t able to use the patios during low heat times (dawn or dusk) or even the hot tub due to lots of mosquitos unless it was midday and hot. There should be some treatments or bug zappers or something so that the full experience can be enjoyed. There was also a big cardboard box on the main patio the whole time we were there and that wasn’t ideal aesthetics.
Overall a good stay in a great place
Amazing stay at this brand-new Airbnb in Sedona! Just minutes from central Sedona, it’s the perfect home base for exploring the area. The terrace has gorgeous, unobstructed red rock views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. Kids loved the hot tub, and we enjoyed grilling out as a family.
Great hiking trails are just minutes away. The host was also incredibly accommodating — when a meeting ran long, they graciously offered us a late checkout, which made our last day so much easier.
Beautiful home, unbeatable location, and thoughtful hosting. Highly recommend to any family or group looking to experience the best of Sedona!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Sedona home. The house was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our group of 11. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient.
The kitchen was fabulous and well-equipped for a large group. One of our favorite features was the rooftop balcony on the second floor, where we enjoyed stargazing at night and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The location was also excellent, with easy access to everything Sedona has to offer.
Highly recommend this home, and we would gladly stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The rooftop patio was one of our favorite features. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the incredible views. The front windows frame the stunning Sedona landscape.

Spacious with beautiful views of Sedona
From the moment we walked in, even though we had seen the photos beforehand, we were pleasantly surprised by the size, cleanliness and beautiful views provided by this home. It was perfectly situated so that it felt like a private oasis. Even the front of the home was protected by plants to give a sense of ultimate privacy. Everything was clean and new. All switches were labeled and the host provided a detailed explanation of everything necessary for our stay. I cannot say enough about our stay. We are a family of four and are so happy we made this decision to stay with Rupa at the Sedona Haven. Thank you!
The house was absolutely breathtaking!! It was spotless and everything we needed. The view is thunder mountain was amazing ! We saw the lightening hit the mountain, which was unbelievable!

We had a great stay! Our party of 13 had more than enough more in the bedrooms and common spaces to spread out. During the trip, people kept commenting on how perfect the place was. The view is incredible, both from the living room and the upstairs deck. We ran into a few issues during our stay and Rupa was quick to respond and help us find a solution. Would highly recommend this place to my friends in the future!

We had a great time at this property. It was beautiful, had state of the art appliances, and looked brand new. Everyone was amazed when they walked in. The host was also very responsive, flexible, and very easy going and easy to work with. The views of the mountains were incredible from the roof as well. We had 4 kids with us who loved running around the property and didn’t want to leave the property because they were having so much fun. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back to this property on our next trip to Sedona!
This is a great place for large groups! The pictures don't quite do it justice! The views are spectacular!! The layout is perfect, spacious with tons of different areas for gathering! The home was stocked with everything we needed and was very clean! The hot tub was a very nice amenity. All the rooms are spacious with very comfy beds! It's also in a really great location, located in a beautiful picturesque neighborhood and less than 10min to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had! We were extremely impressed with the home and really enjoyed our stay!

We had an exceptional stay. The home is brand new, beautifully designed, and incredibly well appointed — everything felt thoughtful and high-end. The views are absolutely stunning, and the outdoor space, especially the jacuzzi, made it feel like a true retreat. For the price, this was a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
We had such a great stay at Rupa’s place. The location was perfect—super close to amazing trails and just a quick drive to a ton of great restaurants and shops, which made everything really easy. We stayed at Rupa‘s for a family vacation with our four children. The location is perfect and gives walking access to a few trail heads.
The house is stunning and exactly as pictured. We had intended on going out for meals, but ended up eating at home most nights because we enjoyed the house so much. The kids made beautiful memories and were sad to leave.
If you are in Sedona, I most definitely recommend staying at Rupa’s. We will be back!

We stayed at this home during a girls’ trip to Sedona and loved every bit of it. The house was beautiful—just as pictured—and very clean. Waking up to the stunning red rock views was a treat, and the location was perfect: close to restaurants and grocery stores and centrally located to all the major attractions and activities. We truly enjoyed our stay, and this home made our trip especially memorable. Stargazing from the terrace and relaxing in the hot tub were wonderful bonuses.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sedona Haven! The house is beautiful and really comfortable - so much room for everyone to relax and really everything you need. The kitchen was well-stocked so cooking at home was also easy and wonderful. Location is great - we loved walking to the nearby trail, and it was easy to get to all the activities we wanted to visit. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised how much nicer the rental was in person than what was reflected in the pictures on the listing. Amazing views surround, with ample outdoor seating areas, and a roof top for spectacular star gazing. We enjoyed the breath taking red rock views while sipping our morning coffee cozying up on the sofas.
The kitchen features a nice large island for plenty of comfortable food preparation with four chairs for family or guests to hang out at while cooking. Kitchen is adequately stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and serving bowls/platters. There were plenty of options for preparing coffee or tea.
We found the house to be clean and well cared for. Labels on cabinets or doors are super helpful. We really enjoyed the use of some of the nice features like a large gas fireplace in the living room with mood and ambient lighting, the outdoor fire pit, and the hot tub!
What a find!!! Beautiful and well laid out floor plan with magnificent views. The accommodations were second to none for this new build. The rooftop deck at sunset was an awesome experience and covered the expanse of spiral rocks, mountains and oh the stars at nite!!!! Our family of “12” will be back!!
Absolutely incredible! One of the few places I’ve ever stayed that the house and surrounding area and views is better than the pictures! Which is saying something because the photos made it look amazing. Will definitely be back.
We loved staying here so much that people in our group are already talking about bringing their extended families for a repeat stay. The house was too good actually, because with the hot tub and the beautiful glass wall view of the red rocks right in front of us we had to really make ourselves be motivated to leave to go explore Sedona (margaritas did it).
Lovely place for a group trip (or family trip if you're in a high enough tax bracket). I'm obsessed with the master suite - a javelina trotted right past the window next to the bath tub one morning! Quiet area, small yard but with plant screens they make good use of outdoor space, neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.
We liked that there were labels put up around the house (tastefully done) with instructions where they are needed for things like operating the hot tub, turning on outside lights etc. It saved a lot of time in figuring stuff out. Very appreciated!
Rupa’s home is lovely and spacious with beautiful views. We found accessibility to several trails as well as short drives to anything we wanted to see. The neighborhood is well maintained and the home fits nicely with the area. While there were only 4 of us, we determined it would be an ideal location for a large family with the spacious living area along with plenty of space in each bedroom. Thanks for a quick but beautiful stay!

This house is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The house is gorgeous and the views are amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and everyone was so friendly, and the house is located very close to a couple of trailhead offering beautiful. And, Rupa was an exceptional host!
I took a group of women in their 60’s and 70’s for a yoga/pilates/wellness retreat and everyone loved the house. (One is considering taking her family there for the Holidays.)
The roof top deck was perfect for stargazing and meditations. The numerous patios were spacious and open and there was plenty of room to do yoga and Pilates either indoors or out.
All of the appliances and bathroom fixtures were in perfect working order.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for exceptional accommodations in Sedona!
What a fantastic house! The location in West Sedona was hard to beat — both peaceful and close to stores and trailheads. We even had a family of javelinas wander through the neighborhood!
The house was brand-new and beautifully appointed. Beyond that, Rupa was the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with — a fantastic communicator who made sure our stay was perfect (and it was!).
The roof deck was an added bonus — we drank coffee and watched the sunrise, surrounded by the most beautiful setting imaginable.
I would recommend without reservation and we are sure to come back!
This home is STUNNING! We would wake up every morning, open the blinds and just stare at the Mountain View. It was perfect outside and very relaxing! The attention to detail was perfect! There are two desks for those of us that had to work. There’s a power strip/outlet at every bed that’s easily accessible. The hot tub was great! We loved the fire pit! The garage space was fun! It’s also really close to some great hikes like Tea Pot and Sugar Loaf that we enjoyed. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Beautiful house and location. Well equipped, everything works and Rupa was awesome.
Great location. Great views out of the windows to see the surrounding landscape. Easy to walk around the neighborhood, we had dogs staying and it was easy to walk them. No street lights, so you can see the sky at night. The house is labeled very well, no confusion on where to find stuff. Host was very proactive prior to the stay and there is a guide sent with the reservation to help both with the house and the surrounding location.

This home is stunning. Beautiful open concept living room and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows that showcase the gorgeous red rock mountains that Sedona is known for. The views from the outdoor space and rooftop deck are incredible as well. There is not one thing that we didn’t like about this home. Every room is tastefully decorated and welcoming.
The host, Rupa, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. If we are ever in Sedona again we will definitely stay here.
This is by the perfect house to rent for time in Sedona. We had 5 girls and more than enough space for us all. The house had everything plus more that you could need. Loved being able to walk to a few trails or drive less than 5 mins to a couple trails.
The house is nicely set up and located within walking distance of trails in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shops and restaurants. The views are spectacular!

This property was actually bigger and more impressive and more luxurious than the photos depicted -- which is saying a lot! The space comfortably hosted a party of 16 and had all the amenities you could ever need. The current pricing is a wonderful value!

My cross country team traveled to Sedona to train for our upcoming season and loved the modern and open design. The house was user friendly with cabinets and lights labeled, a stocked spice cabinet, various sized pots and pans, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided, numerous towels and yoga mats. Also, the cooling system gave us a nice reprieve from the heat and we loved the grill, fireplace, and all the patio space. Finally, the neighborhood was beautiful and as a group of 14 girls, we felt very safe there. The house is a walkable distance to a Safeway, Starbucks, McDonalds and pizza place and short drive to numerous trails like Devil’s Bridge. The Grand Canyon is also only 2 hours away! The night view of the stars was amazing. Overall, this was an incredible experience. Rupa was very kind and easy to work with. I wished we could have stayed longer. 10/10 recommend staying here with a group for you next trip go Sedona!
This property was incredible! The location alone makes it worth it — beautiful 360° views of Sedona and the red rocks that feel like a postcard come to life. The upper deck was our favorite spot, perfect for relaxing at night and stargazing. The house itself is very spacious, clean, and feels practically new. Rupa was an outstanding host, responding quickly to any questions and making sure everything was perfect. Honestly, the house and overall experience over-delivered in every way. Highly recommend!

It is definitely a 5-star home. Plenty of open space for family food and functions with a kitchen to accommodate two or three chefs and a game room supplied with TV, table tennis, foosball and mini indoor basketball. The scenic view patio was popular for relaxing in the hot tub, cooking on the grill and sharing conversation around the fire-and-ice table. Top candidate for a return visit.

This is a beautiful home! The views are incredible. Our group spent so much time on the rooftop deck taking in the stunning views and stargazing at night.

Rupa’s place is gorgeous! The view is incredible and the place is exactly as photographed. The bedroom wings are located on both sides of the living area. There is ample place to hang out, and easy to access grocery shopping and restaurants. Best of all, it was near the best hiking trails.

This place fit our big group perfectly. Every single person was raving about it all -- the rooftop, hot tub, views, comfortable beds, tall ceilings and open spaces, and the overall ambiance. It was perfect in every way. The host went over and beyond with her communication, providing recommendations and ideas. She was so helpful and personable. We all agreed we would love to come back to this exact house. If you are thinking about booking, you won't regret it!!!

Stayed at this beautiful place for a girls’ gettaway and it was perfect!! The house was so clean and new, there are restaurants groceries and coffee just 5min away. The view is spectacular and just the house distribution contributed soo much to a perfect weekend.
What an amazing stay! We were two families spending a few days of our spring break trip here, and it was fabulous! The home is even more beautiful than the photos, well appointed, and just perfect in every way. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Sedona. Loved being able to walk to trailheads and being a very quick trip to supermarket and restaurants. The home had more than enough space for the 9 people in our party, and the kitchen was well equipped for making some meals at home. Lovely, lovely stay!

Our family loved this new and fabulous home. The location is perfect for a Sedona stay. Centrally located and near trailheads. The view from the great room is stellar (and will improve with time as the bamboo hedge grows and blocks a few homes).
The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfy. The rooftop is excellent for looking at stars (telescope included)
We ate most meals in so we were sorry the lights have no dimmers, but that about the only complaint!

We had a wonderful girls trip to Sedona! Rupa's place was so accommodating to all of our needs and wants. The views were amazing ! The roof top was lovely to experience the sunrise and sunsets. The hot tub was so inviting after long hikes. The place had lots of amenities like yoga mats, workout equipment, and lots of specialty equipment for the kitchen which was great and unexpected. I would recommended staying here, it was close to great restaurants and lots of popular hiking trails. Rupa was very responsive when we had questions and was very helpful with suggestions for the area.
I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and was blown away by the home itself and beautiful views. This home was extremely spacious for my group of 12 girls and our stay was nothing short of perfect. Modern appliances, comfortable beds, large living space with open concept. Rupa gave clear instructions and reminders throughout our stay and was responsive over messages prior. Would definitely recommend this home to any other large groups visiting Sedona!

The house is beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay overall but there are a few additions or corrections that should be listed in the property description.
- Although the bed in the master bedroom is a king. all other beds in the other bedrooms are double size, not queen size as described in the property listing. It's a tight squeeze for two people.
- The garage is converted to a game room and the opener is locked not allowing the traditional use of a garage for storage. Considering Sedona is a large mountain biking destination, this is a pretty important detail to disclose as it would've swayed our decision. To be fair, after discussion with the host, storage for mountain bikes were provided.

Had a fantastic two-night stay in Sedona! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. The host was communicative and made everything easy. Waking up to the beautiful red rock views was a highlight. Would definitely stay here again!
Rupa’s place is really nice. It’s very beautiful and clean. The high ceiling with the beautiful view makes us feel very relaxed. The appliances are new, easy-to-use, and it’s clear the host has put in many clever thoughts into it. We are inspired by many design details in Rupa’s home. The location is great, close to all the restaurants, Whole Foods, pink jeep, trails, etc. Rupa is very responsive and welcoming. This is one of the best Airbnb we have stayed on. Strongly recommend. Only one small tiny issue: A few rooms feel really warm while the master bedroom can’t feel the heat. We didn’t care about this issue that much so we didn’t try as hard to solve the issue, and I believe Rupa already has a solution.
Like other reviewers said, pictures do not do this house justice! The views are incredible, and the house is beautiful with a great kitchen and gathering space for larger groups. The location couldn't be better with grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner, and there are great hiking trails within walking distance (we highly recommend climbing sugar loaf for sunset!).
Rupa was an excellent host, always answering any questions we had quickly.

We loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous! Nicer even than the pictures. We had a lovely stay (we were a big group, 2 families) and there was plenty of space. The living room is spacious and so bright. The kitchen is large and modern with plenty of storage and was well stocked. The bedrooms are comfortable— the primary bedroom is incredible. The game room is excellent! The kids (and adults) loved it and we spent many hours playing ping pong in there. The rooftop is spectacular and we loved stargazing at night (the telescope is such a nice touch). The house is within walking distance to some spectacular trails and hikes. If you’re looking for a comfortable luxurious place to stay in Sedona— this is it!

Absolutely gorgeous place! The home was pristine, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of seating for family meals and board games, plus the rooftop patio is phenomenal (we had coffee while the sun rose up there every morning). The views are stunning, not only from the rooftop but through the large windows in the main living area. You could not have a better location. Close to walking trails, which we used daily and also a very quick drive (or walk) to a grocery store and several places to get an easy meal. Rupa, the host, was very responsive and attentive; clearly cares a lot about being a great host and making sure her guests have a wonderful experience. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the hot tub and game room more, but we hope to be back next year! Thanks, Rupa!

This new construction home is magnificent!! The views from the living room and the roof top are worth every penny. We were a group of 9 friends on a girls’ trip and this home was perfect to accommodate us all. Be sure to spend some time stargazing on the roof. Rupa was very kind to answer all our questions about the area and respond quickly. There were a couple of issues during our stay that were no fault of the owners but Rupa resolved each one quickly. Excellent choice for your vacation stay in Sedona and the surrounding areas.

This home is beyond fabulous. Everything is as described and even better in person. The views are easily able to be enjoyed from the rooftop deck, front patio or from the comfy great room couches. Wow! Fantastic area and a beautiful home to match. We had a lovely three nights at Rupa’s place that easily accommodated 16 people. I’ve stayed at multiple Air BnB’s and this one has been my absolute favorite. This residence is even more gorgeous in person and is a must see.
Still blown away by this stay. When we showed up, we were shocked by how little the pictures captured the amazing view from the main living space of this home. We knew we had a short time to visit Sedona and because of the kids we were traveling with, we wouldn’t get out much but really, sitting in the family room, you felt fully immersed in Sedona. The views were to die for.

House and area are absolutely gorgeous. We had eight adults and three younger kids stay and there was plenty of room. The roof top was amazing for star watching at night and relaxing. 4. Fire Safety: - Due to fire restrictions in Sedona, no outdoor fires or fireworks are allowed. Please be mindful of fire safety during your stay.

6. Water Conservation: - Sedona is in a desert area, so please help conserve water by limiting shower time and reusing towels where possible.
7. Hiking Gear and Red Rock Dust: - After hiking, please remove boots and gear before entering the home to avoid tracking in red rock dust. We have a designated area for gear storage.
8. Parking: - Parking is available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed in many areas of Sedona, so please use the designated spaces.
9. Hot Tub Use (if applicable): - The hot tub hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. No glass is allowed in the hot tub area for safety reasons.
10. Smoking Policy: - This is a non-smoking property. Smoking indoors or outdoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
11. Pet Policy (if applicable): - We allow two pets with prior approval and a pet fee of $75 per pet. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and cleaned up after.
