""What a fantastic house! The location in West Sedona was hard to beat” both peaceful and close to stores and trailheads. We even had a family of javelinas wander through the neighborhood! The house was brand-new and beautifully appointed. Beyond that, Rupa was the most responsive host I've ever worked with” a fantastic communicator who made sure our stay was perfect (and it was!). The roof deck was an added bonus” we drank coffee and watched the sunrise, surrounded by the most beautiful setting imaginable. I would recommend without reservation and we are sure to come back!""

""Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised how much nicer the rental was in person than what was reflected in the pictures on the listing. Amazing views surround, with ample outdoor seating areas, and a roof top for spectacular star gazing. We enjoyed the breath taking red rock views while sipping our morning coffee cozying up on the sofas. The kitchen features a nice large island for plenty of comfortable food preparation with four chairs for family or guests to hang out at while cooking. Kitchen is adequately stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and serving bowls/platters. There were plenty of options for preparing coffee or tea. We found the house to be clean and well cared for. Labels on cabinets or doors are super helpful. We really enjoyed the use of some of the nice features like a large gas fireplace in the living room with mood and ambient lighting, the outdoor fire pit, and the hot tub!""

""We loved staying here so much that people in our group are already talking about bringing their extended families for a repeat stay. The house was too good actually, because with the hot tub and the beautiful glass wall view of the red rocks right in front of us we had to really make ourselves be motivated to leave to go explore Sedona (margaritas did it). Lovely place for a group trip (or family trip if you're in a high enough tax bracket). I'm obsessed with the master suite - a javelina trotted right past the window next to the bath tub one morning! Quiet area, small yard but with plant screens they make good use of outdoor space, neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We liked that there were labels put up around the house (tastefully done) with instructions where they are needed for things like operating the hot tub, turning on outside lights etc. It saved a lot of time in figuring stuff out. Very appreciated!""

"This is by the perfect house to rent for time in Sedona. We had 5 girls and more than enough space for us all. The house had everything plus more that you could need. Loved being able to walk to a few trails or drive less than 5 mins to a couple trails."

"This home is STUNNING! We would wake up every morning, open the blinds and just stare at the Mountain View. It was perfect outside and very relaxing! The attention to detail was perfect! There are two desks for those of us that had to work. There's a power strip/outlet at every bed that's easily accessible. The hot tub was great! We loved the fire pit! The garage space was fun! It's also really close to some great hikes like Tea Pot and Sugar Loaf that we enjoyed. We'll definitely be coming back!"
