Rupa is the host half of Sedona Haven Rentals — the family-owned collection of Sedona vacation homes she and Chenthil have been running since 2018. She grew up in a hospitality-minded family and spent the early part of her career in customer experience at large hotel groups before the two of them began acquiring the small handful of homes that became this collection.
She believes the small things — the welcome basket, the right pillows, a hand-written note about the best sunrise vantage point — are what turn a vacation rental into a real haven. She personally walks each property between guests, and when guests reach out she typically replies within the hour; you are talking to her, not a call center.
When she is not turning over a home, you will find Rupa on the Boynton Canyon trail with her camera, or hosting friends for a long dinner at the kitchen island in the family's Uptown home.
