Felt right at home!! The bed was very comfortable. Super clean and comfortable place. The area was very quiet and felt safe. Not far from town. Just a short 8 min drive. Rupa was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. She was very responsive if we needed anything. Easy check in and out. Definitely would stay again! Thank you! :)
Nice affordable studio!
Great one bed apartment! Had everything I needed, was able to catch up on laundry and go on a different hike each day! 8 minutes away from one of our trailheads, it was the best!
Great host, amazing location!
Nice spot to stay for cheap! Whenever we ran water there was a loud noise, not an issue or anything just caught us off guard. The shower felt a little claustrophobic but again nice spot for cheap. Saw lots javalina’s out on the porch so that was cool! Ubers into town were about $5-10 so it’s a nice spot!
Our stay was exactly what we needed. Clean, safe and affordable. It is quiet and peaceful and the location is perfect. The apartment is small but has everything you would need including a washer and dryer which was extremely helpful. The sofa bed was very comfortable for the second guest. The breaker for the hot water heater shut off but the host was extremely responsive and sent somebody over immediately to turn the hot water back on. My only complaint was with the sofa bed open you cannot open the front door. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Place is as described. Bed was comfortable for me. Had no issue with the hot water. The outdoor patio area is very enjoyable and the birds were very nice to listen to. Location is great and close to everything.
The EV plug is a Nema 14-50.
My only note is that the water pressure is fairly weak. I doubt there's much the host could do about that and it's not a big deal, but worth mentioning.
Positives: it matched the photos, it was clean, pretty location, easy to check in with the keypad. We chose this mostly for the sleeping situation (bed and pull out couch) and location. Negatives: I read other reviews about the water heater not working and messaged the host prior to my stay to confirm it's working, to which they said yes it was. Without us touching the heater or anything else, it tripped on its own every time we tried to shower and was ice cold. The host was responsive and polite, but I had to go outside and flip the breaker multiple times before every shower. Then during the shower the water would go from hot to cold. They offered to send maintenance but I declined. That should have been done after getting multiple reviews about it. Also the noise from the upstairs guests are quite loud depending on who's there. I could hear footsteps, drawers, music, and voices.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our four day stay at Rupa‘s. Pay attention to Rupa‘s instructions on the water. If you do everything as explained will work out fine. Also the location was perfect for going into Sedona, eating out, or hiking. We would stay there again
Sedona is such a beautiful place! This guesthouse is in the ideal location for hiking and shopping. It is a cozy spot with all the basics I needed for my four night stay. Most importantly, Rupa is a wonderful responsive host. I had some issues with the noisy guests upstairs and she was very helpful!
Water heater is extremely sensitive or malfunctioning and it stopped twice, in the middle of our showers. Place needs to be repainted. Blinds need to be wiped down. Tighten up the cheap dining chairs and clean the back of the toilet better. Too many signs regarding rules… creates paranoia (or reflects quality of typical guests?). Place is smaller, crappier than photos and with the water heater issues it was unpleasant so instead of staying four days we left for one of the resorts the next morning.

This is a great unit in a beautiful location. The unit is on the smaller side but it has all the amenities you need and can comfortably fit two people.

This was a perfect, small place to stay for a couple. The neighborhood was quiet and there were beautiful views right outside! It was far enough from the busyness of the town but close enough to drive only a few minutes to anything you want to do. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time actually inside the Airbnb. So, if you’re going to be out and about hiking and exploring the area, this is a nice stay.

Nice place in a great location, close to restaurants, uptown, and trailheads. Had all the amenities one would want for a multi day stay. Sheets were extremely comfortable.
Only slight comment was that there is a specific parking spot on the driveway that is assigned and no street parking available. It worked fine for the most part except one instance when someone else was in my spot and I couldn’t park anywhere else. Put me in parking limbo for a bit but Rupa was able to resolve it when I reached out. Not the host’s fault but a bit of a nuisance when street parking is unavailable.

The place was clean, cozy and perfect for a couple. it was close to everything and we felt right at home for the 2 nights we were there. nothing but high praises on our stay and all the detailed and clear instructions leading up to and checking out of our stay. Would definitely look to stay again the next time we go to Sedona!
*Host: Rupa is a great host. Very responsive and accommodated my request to tweak check in/out times to my work schedule.
*Location: is excellent. Right in the heart of Sedona and everything is right there. If you forget to grab something w you you’re no more than 5 mins from everything.
*Space: is as described and pictured. Just note it’s more tailored for smallerish people especially the shower. We’re not that tall 5’11 and felt alittle cramped in the shower for example.
*Noise: none in the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. However like described in the post, there are people above you so you’ll hear some feet stomping and barking most of the day. So it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. It didn’t bother us but def noticeable.
Overall, the place and price paid for the place with everything that it comes with is very fair.

We were so impressed with this place! Rupa is very responsive and gives clear instructions. The square footage is small but she made such good use of the space it wasn’t noticeable, it’s easy to move around and you have everything you need. We really enjoyed the grill and patio and one evening got to see some javelina in the yard! The neighborhood is quiet but it is right next to several grocery stores and just a couple minutes from town and some great hikes, so we were able to do lots and have a nice place to come back to and rest. We had a great stay here!

Rupa's place was almost perfect... the description was accurate, it's a great location, clean, etc. There were just a few items that need to be fixed like when we arrived the 2nd bed didn't have any bedding but they delivered quickly, the noise like just footsteps from upstairs was pretty loud whenever someone is there, the water pressure in shower is really low, the toilet paper holder was broken, animals got into trash outside and it was loud and some of the mess was there for a half day.

nice quite spot west of the main area of sedona with beautiful views. for mountain bikers it is ride in and out of teacup, thunder mountain, adobe jack, grand central, and the posse grounds skills park. close to great food and coffee.
Rupa was a great a host and was quickly responsive to any questions I had. The location is in a great area with minutes of driving distance to all the prime spots Sedona has to offer. This is my second time in Sedona and I had a spot not too far Rupas years ago as well. The spot is small but offers everything you need including a queen size bed, sofa, modern tvs in both kitchen and bedroom, and even a washer/dryer. The only issue was the hot water would turn off a multiple times, but Rupa walked me through how to fix it which was also very easy. Overall I would recommend this place based on its amenities and its location.
This place looks like one of those tiny homes you see on TV. Small, but with everything you need, close to downtown, but away from the noise.
TV in the kitchen, and a second one in the bedroom. Same with the AC (mini splits).
Small stackable washer & dryer in the bathroom. No stove, but you can find the hot cooking plate in the cabinets, as well as a kennel, toaster, etc.
Keurig coffee maker on counter (bring your own cups). There are creamers in the fridge, and Rupa had some coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and other cooking essential in the roll out cabinet next to small dish washer.
We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the outside seating area (with a grill) surrounded by beautiful natural landscape.
Something to be aware of for those with back pain: I read reviews mentioning the heavenly bed (if you enjoy soft mattresses). I need a firm mattress due to back pain, and didn’t sleep well, but this was a personal problem.
The hostess was extra attentive. I strongly recommend this place!
Quick drive to restaurants and grocery/shopping and trails. Cost is comparable to hotel stay but nice to have a kitchenette, we did not do any cooking, and more private space. Smallest of any Airbnb we have stayed in, was very nice inside. We didn’t really use the outdoor area.
This is a great place to stay for a short stay and especially during high season as the price is more affordable than any local hotel. Rupa leaves clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I had everything I needed. I also appreciated that Rupa makes it clear in her description that there are people above you and you will hear them scoot chairs, walking, and a little one running around at times but everyone was quiet during quiet hours. It’s a peaceful area and close to everything. Highly recommend!
We stayed in Rupa’s Airbnb for two days. The place is clean and well equipped. We received timely and helpful instructions from the host. The studio is small as described but we’re ok. It’s all self-guided so it’s great for people like us who want some peaceful time. Overall, we enjoy our time in Sedona staying at Rupa’s.

2. Noise Consideration for Downstairs Unit: - There is a separate living space downstairs that serves as another rental unit. Please keep noise to a minimum while walking or talking in the living room and kitchen, especially after 9 PM, to respect the privacy and comfort of those below.
3. No Parties or Events: - To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, parties and events are not permitted.
4. Fire Safety: - Due to fire restrictions in Sedona, no outdoor fires or fireworks are allowed. Please be mindful of fire safety during your stay.
5. Wildlife and Trash: - Keep Sedona’s wildlife safe by ensuring all trash is placed in secure bins. Do not leave food or trash outside overnight.
6. Water Conservation: - Sedona is in a desert area, so please help conserve water by limiting shower time and reusing towels where possible.
7. Hiking Gear and Red Rock Dust: - After hiking, please remove boots and gear before entering the home to avoid tracking in red rock dust. We have a designated area for gear storage.
8. Parking: - Parking is available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed in many areas of Sedona, so please use the designated spaces.
9. Hot Tub Use (if applicable): - The hot tub hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. No glass is allowed in the hot tub area for safety reasons.
10. Smoking Policy: - This is a non-smoking property. Smoking indoors or outdoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
11. Pet Policy (if applicable): - We allow two pets with prior approval and a pet fee of $75 per pet. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and cleaned up after.
12. Check-out Procedure: - Check-out is by 10 AM. Please leave the house tidy, place all trash in bins, and lock the doors before you depart.
