Was such a cute and fun place to stay at. Loved the cozy and modern vibe of the place. I didn’t know there was a unit below us until the check in instructions came along. Otherwise, the home was beautiful and well equipped with what we needed for the stay. Hot tub was perfect, and the kitchen/living space was exactly what I needed for my bridal getting ready area.

We stayed here with our multigenerational family of 6 adults, 2 kids, and dogs, and overall had a good experience. The location and Sedona views were fantastic, and the property was easy to find with plenty of parking for 2 vehicles. The layout worked well for our group with enough beds for everyone. We appreciated the clear check-in/check-out instructions, dog-friendly policy, fully equipped kitchen, and functional firepit.
The host was extremely responsive and helpful whenever questions or issues came up. The home could also benefit from a deeper clean and some fresh paint inside, as it felt a bit worn in places. Overall, a solid stay for larger groups visiting Sedona.

We had a small operational issue with the hot tub (completely our fault), and the hosts responded quickly and kindly to help us get it turned on.
The beds were extremely comfortable, and the cookware was well stocked and perfect for meals at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious home in a great location. The balcony was a highlight—we spent so much time enjoying it. The entire space felt relaxing, welcoming, and perfect for a comfortable getaway. Would definitely stay again!
Overall, we loved the location of the rental and the views were gorgeous. The kitchen space was very nice and allowed us to cook multiple meals on site with plenty of space and kitchen supplies on hand. The outdoor deck space is a highlight of the rental and is a great spot to relax outside and enjoy the views and stars. Our only negative was the hot tub. Turning on the jets was very difficult, control buttons were worn down and hard to read, the water level was low, and it needed to be cleaned.

Great location and amazing view! We loved how it was nestled in the trees so it felt like a retreat. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Rupa was responsive and the home has plenty of information throughout on where to find things, procedures, things to do, etc. The fire pit had run out of propane and she helped remediate that right away.
The home was clean however looks more tired than the photos show - walls scuffed, outdoor cushions worn down, leaky sink, string lights broken. We reported most of these issues so hopefully they give it a bit of a refresh. The breakdown of the bedrooms is also better suited for a large group rather than for a family in our opinion - the primary bedroom was set up to maximize number of people sleeping rather than as a primary, despite the walk-in closet and double sink.
The location is a highlight, close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and conveniently situated. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking easy. The hot tub was a nice perk, but difficult to figure out how to operate. The deck area was very nice to spend time outside. The place was clean.
Rupa was very responsive and helpful!
That said, the space doesn’t quite live up to its photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms show a lot of wear (dings on the walls, scratches throughout) and the overall feel is more lived-in family home than the polished retreat it appears to be online. If you’re looking for a luxury stay, this isn’t it.
On the plus side, there’s plenty of room to sleep a larger group, and the view is lovely. Great for a casual family trip.

First off nice location and good restaurants near . Second check in was easy and host was amazing and responsive. Now third is this is advertised as “entire home” which it is not . It a duplex style as you don’t have access to the full yard or home as there is a renter below . Some doors and balcony and seating areas in the yard are not accessible as that is the renter’s part of property. Inside the beds are comfortable and plenty of towels and soaps , kitchen utensils are there , laundry is good . The house did have a funky smell when we arrived and the bbq was left on and smell of propane. Hot tub jets do not all function or work properly . Overall it is a ok place and dog friendly and is great location
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rupa’s place. The home is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell how much care and attention the host puts into the property.

Our family had a fantastic time in Sedona! Rupa's place was perfect for us! We enjoyed a steak dinner that we made on the grill, followed by a nice evening in the hot-tub! We had 8 of us stay and it was very comfortable, and everyone truly enjoyed it. After our hikes and sight-seeing around the Sedona area, it was a great home base for us to come back to and relax. Very nice comfortable space
We had a wonderful time staying here as a family get together before the holidays. The Christmas tree and pillows were a nice homey touch. The place was very clean, peaceful and the location was ideal. The beds were comfortable. There was a nice binder put together with suggestions for hikes and other activities that was helpful. The place had a great location, relaxing and peaceful vibe. The kitchen was great to make meals in with open concept and still be able to have conversations with others in living room. Rupa responded well to questions. This was our first time to Sedona and definitely won’t be our last.
The house is in the most perfect location. You get a beautiful view of the red rocks and at night we sat in the hot tub watching shooting stars. We walked up the hill a bit to see the sunset and again at night and were able to see the Milky Way. The house itself is beautiful. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen big enough and well stocked for cooking. It’s close to some great trails and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

There were eight of us staying in the house. We really enjoyed our stay while in Sedona. The house is located close to Sugarloaf trailhead. View from the deck of the house is wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!
The place is perfect location and the views are stunning. We had everything we needed. Lots of signs to tell us what to do and not to do. Great space for a family or friends. We cooked a lot and we please with the kitchen.
My family of 10 (including three children 1yr-4yr old) had a fabulous stay at Rupa's AirBNB! The location was perfect and very close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona! Gorgeous views. The home itself was very spacious, clean, and perfect for a family gathering with plenty of space for us to convene in the evenings and eat dinner together. The house was beautiful and well kept. We had no issues during our stay, and Rupa was extremely responsive as a host to any questions that we had. She always responded in a timely fashion and was very accomodating. Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful Sedona getaway!!!!
We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. Rupa was responsive and helpful with recommendations! We had a wonderful stay. The home was cozy but spacious and had killer views of the red rocks of Sedona from the living room sofa! Perfect location close to town, trailheads and restaurants. Loved watching the stars at night while soaking in the hot tub!
Rupa’s place was perfect for our girls getaway. Very open which made visiting between the living room and kitchen very easy. Lots of space for us all to sit around and have coffee or just settle in for the evening. The location was great and it was very easy to get to hikes and restaurants.
We spent a day at the Grand Canyon, a day at Antelope Canyon and 2 days in Sedona hiking. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

This home was perfect for my family vacation. Sedona is beautiful and Rupa’s home is close to everything. The outdoor deck is cozy with beautiful views. Inside was spacious and clean. Just like the posted photos. I would definitely stay here again for future visits to Sedona.
Good location, except that we didn't know that there was a separate living space downstairs. Also, the a/c stopped working but thankfully host was quick in helping fix the issue. It took a while for the home to cool down, but eventually did after a few hours.
We enjoyed our stay here, the deck was a great space to hang out in the beautiful surroundings. Rupa was great with communication, would definitely recommend!

Great location and perfect house for a Sedona getaway!
The unit has very nice kitchen if you love to cook and eat. It is equipped with everything you need. The rooms are decent as well and the sofas are sofa bed so if anyone wants to netfliz and chill with popcorn and beer in the side, it is a great place. Has a lot of board games too so you wont get bored. There is a nearby trail which is a walking distance frim the house, and the view was magnificent!
The veranda is really the magic of this place, you can see the Sedona rock from the veranda. There is a tub but we were not able to use it. Be careful during the night t
though as there were wild boars- at one night there were 11 of them. Just dont go near them and they are actually fine- just looking for food. We went to Sedona on the Summertime and it was HOT! 98-101 so be prepared that the airconditioning would not be as low as 60-70s when set.
The cons of the place would probably be the internet connection as it is slow, the TV is slow as well, shower pressure is slow.
Rupa’s home was wonderful. Everything was exactly as described and I really appreciated how clean the house was. She was extremely responsive and kind, I can’t wait to come back!

Very clean. Everything was in place as advertised. Everything electronic or powered, worked. View is incredible and hot tub is nice touch. Very close to town, (one minute drive, you’re on main street) yet you feel like you’re in the country. Very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of neighbors around, but trees provide great separation, seclusion. Absolutely no complaints, would definitely stay here again.
Our host Rupa was very responsive and helpful with the booking. The home and kitchen was very clean, we didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but the deck was lovely. There are occupants below the unit however they have a separate driveway and entrance, we also never heard them below us and the neighborhood itself is very quiet and peaceful. Would book again!

Great place in Sedona in a quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. The house has everything we needed and the host was great. The home is the top floor of a duplex, which was fine, but something to be aware of.
What a perfect home! Located right near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and trails. We were about 10 minutes away from it all. The downstairs neighbors were separate from us but kept to themselves. Kitchen was stocked with all things we needed. Beds were so very comfortable! Rupa was a stellar hostess who kept in touch with updates.
We really enjoyed our stay in what we ended up calling “The Treehouse”. Loved the hot tub, grill, and especially the views! And you can’t beat the location. Loved being so close to West Sedona’s stores, restaurants and hikes!
First time in Sedona for a girls trip and we absolutely loved it! Thank you for hosting us. Got unexpected snow and it just made our trip that much more fun! The Airbnb was in a perfect location, lots to do in the area. We’ll definitely be rebooking in the future.

We had a good stay. The home is located close to everything you need in Sedona.
A few things to note:
-The house was renovated several years ago and no longer looks like the photos. Especially the hall bathroom and deck areas.
- The en-suite bathroom is off the bedroom with 2 beds. The other two bedrooms with one bed share the hall bath.
- The hot and cold are switched in the hall bath which caused an issue with one of my children. This is extremely dangerous when someone goes to make the water cooler but instead they are only increasing the water temperature.
- The hall bath also only has one outlet in the bathroom and it is directly over the sink. This goes against the National Electrical Code and should be addressed for safety.
Based on the photos I had expectations of a pristine home that was newly renovated and that is not what this home was.
The home is nice, functional and well stocked but not an exceptional home.
We did a friend’s weekend in Sedona and our stay here was wonderful. The home is well stocked, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. Some of our highlights were starting out our morning in the hot tub surrounded by the views. The house is also located in a great location with a lot of restaurants close by. Rupa was very responsive and there were several local recommendations in the house manual. We hope to stay here again, and we would highly recommend it.
Could not recommend this place more! Perfect location extremely close to all the restaurants and shops. Multiple trailheads walking distance from the property. The views from the hottub and windows were spectacular. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Rupa was a great host!
We had such a great weekend in Sedona celebrating my husband’s birthday. The views were incredible from the deck. Lovely kitchen (we have an 11 month old and did a lot of meals at the Airbnb). Beds were on the softer side, which my in laws loved, but my husband and I didn’t find as comfortable. Love that the space has amenities for kids (travel crib, high chair). We would definitely stay again!

No começo estranhei as tomadas de luz espalhadas, mas depois fui observando que tinha quase tudo que precisava. Algumas coisas que poderiam melhorar seriam peças do banheiro de melhor qualidade, box de vidro ao invés de cortina, iluminação melhor na sala de tv e falta de controle de ventilador no quarto de fundo. A cozinha foi o ponto forte da casa, tendo até pó de café para os hóspedes e todos os utensílios para lava louças e roupas. Depois verificamos que a casa tem uma vista para o thunder rock e está muito bem localizada.
Todos ficamos contentes e surpresos no bom sentido com a casa.
Só tem uma informação a você de que esquecemos 2 pacotes de arroz oriental num dos armários.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, I was surprised with all the extra small appliances that were available, including a traditional coffee maker, and a keurig type. Loved the hot tub. Within walking distance to sugar loaf trail. And by vehicle close to everything else. we had trouble figuring out the high tech thermostat but that was due to being unfamiliar with it and Rupa was responsive with questions. Appreciated that they allow one pet. Would highly recommend.
Clean, quiet, and comfortable stay! This was a great place to come back and relax in after daily hikes in Sedona! Great living area to relax in, large kitchen to hang out with family in, and good sized bedrooms to sleep at night in! The best part other than the views was the hot tub, which we had to pull ourselves from when it got too late at night! Definitely recommend this as a stay.

The home is in a wonderful location. Everything you need is within an easy drive or walk. Home was very clean and very well supplied. The home has a wonderful view.
There is a rental unit located below so that should be taken into consideration. Rules posted inside the rental state quiet hours begin at 8pm due to renters downstairs.

This place is in a great and quiet location. There was a ton of accommodating furniture and all very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely well laid out. Doesn’t la k anything. There were even games for the family. Highly recommend this location.
Rupa’s place is very big and comfortable! We chose it for the views and the hot tub. Lots of natural light coming in from the big windows. We were very comfortable
Rupa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and very clean. We had all the items we needed to have a comfortable, at home experience. Everything was organized and well thought out.
The location is near by all the restaurants and shopping, but it is right next to the road, so we did have some car noise. Hot tub and the views were definitely a big plus! We will definitely stay again!
