Beautiful home and surrounding area was amazing!
Great location with amazing views of the mountains. Loved our short stay. From great views to sauna to game room, the house had something for everyone. Would highly recommend for family trips.
the property was just as described It was perfect for a group and having 3 bathrooms was convenient. The beds were comfortable. I rate it a four on cleanliness which I addressed with the host.
A recommendation, check your refund policy and you may want to add insurance in case an emergency arises. The pocket fire was 7 miles North of the residence and we were concerned for some members of the group. of course, this was unexpected. when reaching out to Airbnb and the host. We would have not been refunded if we canceled. fortunately, the smoke was not terribly bad for the 4 days we were there. The day we left we could definitely smell smoke in the air and this would have been very concerning if we were still staying there. Make sure you have insurance in the event You have to cancel.

We had such a nice stay. Rupa was very kind and responsive, and when we had an issue with the hot tub, there was someone out there almost immediately to fix it.

First time using an Airbnb and it was a great experience with a beautiful view. The house was very clean and ready to relax with the hot tub feeling great after a long day of driving. Wishes we could’ve used the sauna but was unavailable for usage. Besides that the house, the views, and location were great.
The house was absolutely beautiful! The location is very quiet and peaceful. At night there is no lights on in the entire neighborhood making the sunset and the stars very visible! 10/10 would recommend! Rupa the host was very responsive in combating any issues.(we had a small issue with the internet and they came in under 10min to fix it!) will be back!
What a beautiful home! The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s even nicer in person. The home is also spotless clean which is a huge plus! Would absolutely recommend and we will definitely be back.
Wonderful stay! The house was clean, matched the photos, and had tons of space indoors and out. The added features of the rooftop deck for star gazing was spectacular. There is plenty of room to spread out for larger groups, way more space than we needed with our small group. The house is a few minutes walk to trail heads and the neighborhood is quiet. The host was very responsive. She even went out a bought us some measuring cups the kitchen was missing so we could make some biscuits the next morning. We had them at our doorstep within an hour--very impressive! Definitely would recommend this place to others!
Our group had a lovely stay here. There was plenty of space for our whole group, the outside was beautiful to sit (especially the roof top terrace), and the home was close to visit nearby hikes. Our group had a great time and the home was accurate to the description. Would stay again!
Very nice place and truly luxury. Modern, spacious and very comfortable house for large groups. The stargazing is the best experience and the view is very good. Plus the location is great. You can walk to grocery stores and be close to the trailhead. We enjoy the stay in Rupa’s house a lot and definitely want to come back!

The house was well located and great for families. Our favorite part was the rooftop, where you can watch the sunset. The kids loved the gaming garage!
Visited with family for the weekend in Sedona - Rupa was a wonderful host. She provided recommendations for our stay, was easy to communicate with, and her property is amazing. The bedroom setup is ideal for multi-family: 2 bedrooms in one area with a shared full washroom, and 2 other rooms separate each with their own washroom. The games room was a nice touch, and although we didn't get too much time to use the outdoor spaces, they were nicely decorated and the hot tub is a nice touch - great for stargazing! The kitchen is very well stocked, and cabinets are labelled which makes finding things easy. 10-15 mins drive to get to major hiking areas. Thank you Rupa for a wonderful stay - everyone in our group loved the space; the only negative part of the trip was having to leave and not being able to stay longer!! We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Sedona.
All in all a great place to be a home base for the area. We visited the Grand Canyon and other locations outside of Sedona. Then of course all that was to see in Sedona. The location was great. There is a trail head a short walk from the house. Our group of 5 adults and 2 kids had a great time.
We had a great stay at Rupa’s home. It was clean and very large. Great for our big family. The hot tub and views were our favorite. Would stay again!
Fantastic place, beautiful setting, four bedrooms all really comfortable and clean, the back deck and patio was fantastic with the fire pit and the hot tub. The mountains in the background are breathtaking. Beautiful hiking nearby. Rupa was great to deal with. I’ll definitely be looking this place up next time I’m in the area.
We loved our stay in Rupa’s home. The location was amazing. Being able to walk to trailheads connecting to several great hikes was great. Seeing Javalinas from the deck was a highlight. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful scenery. We had a great time and would love to stay here again!
Rupa was a great host and the house layout is awesome for families with kids and the view is amazing. We woke up early and could watch Javelina’s from the back porch. Great location that is central to everything in west Sedona, and would definitely and will definitely book again. You won’t be disappointed if you book this lovely home.
Our stay at Rupa’s place was great. The home was spotless, recently renovated, and really comfortable for our group. Check‑in was simple with clear instructions, and the location made it easy to get around Sedona. We appreciated how peaceful the space felt and how well everything was set up. This place was pristine. It was extremely well stocked. Everything worked really well. The hot tub was really hot. Backyard was a nice space. Entire house was nice. Modern finishes. Well lit. Would absolutely stay here again.
On top of everything, they had an amazing office place with 2 monitors, docking station and a desk adjustable to a stand up desk

Beautiful views! Rooftop deck was very nice to enjoy sunset/sunrise. Kitchen was amazing and very well accommodated for cooking/dining for 6 people. We walked to grocery store twice, it was less than half a mile. Love that. We saw a large family of javelina every day that were just strolling through the neighborhood.The Space is nicely laid out, very open and clean…couches are very comfortable. Lots of blankets, loved that. Our grandkids spent nearly the entire time on the game room so that was amazing to have for them. Jacuzzi was awesome! Love that!
Our two complaints:
1.Bathroom sinks are VERY high. My husband is 6’4” so it worked for him. But for other adults from 5’3”-5’9” …it was far too high, I could not wash my face without soaking the whole countertop. Kids could barely reach at all. But I would absolutely book again and just wash my face in the shower.
2.There were 3 bathrooms, not 4.5 as the air Bnb listing stated.

This place was perfect for our friends reunion over Christmas break! We were a group of 12 (including 4 children) and this home was well-equipped for 4 families. The kitchen and bedrooms are spacious and as described in the listing. We enjoyed the game room, the hot tub and multiple decks with beautiful views of the Red Rocks. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any issues/questions that arose. The place is very close to multiple trailheads and many restaurants along AZ-89. Overall, we had a great time over the Christmas holidays in Sedona!
Great location in West Sedona. 4 bedrooms with multiple bathrooms. Lots of space and well supplied game room. Very responsive host. We had a fantastic trip. The only issue is how crowded Sedona has become as a tourist spot.
Great host, fantastic property!
As soon as we walked into the house, blown away by the gorgeous view. Kitchen is amazing and perfect for entertaining. There is plenty of cookware as well as spices and coffee, which we appreciated. The two sofa beds in the living room were also very easy and pretty comfortable surprisingly. There are TVs in every room and it is very easy to log into your favorite platform. Ceiling fans in each room were great as as well as the fireplace in the living room. Bathrooms were very spacious with plenty of storage. Bedrooms also all had plenty of storage. It was great having three full-size bathrooms as well as we were 10. Our kids are high school in college age, so it was perfect for us.
We enjoyed the terrace where you have 360° views & grew for stargazing. Patio has a wonderful fire pit with plenty of seating as well. Location is great with a grocery store just down the street as well being close to many shops and restaurants! Love this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Rupa’s place in Sedona! The home is nice, clean, and spacious—perfect for our group of seven. It offered great privacy and plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves.
The backyard, while small, is private and the hot tub was a real treat after long hikes. We also appreciated the garage as an extra hangout space, and having at least three TVs throughout the house made it easy for everyone to unwind.
The views are lovely, and the Sugarloaf Trailhead is just a short walk away—especially beautiful in the evenings.
Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!
The house is beautiful inside and out. Every amenity you could think of to make you feel right at home. Everything is labeled with clear instructions. The back yard has amazing views, beautiful rose bushes, and with multiple places to sit and relax. The hot tub is secluded and private. Rupa is very responsive to messages and flexible. 10/10 would stay again!
We stayed at Rupa's guest house with my family for a wedding and had a great experience. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor seating area was lovely and perfect for relaxing. Although we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the game room or hot tub, the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a spacious home that worked perfectly for our family while attending a Sunday wedding.
Absolutely stunning !!! This place needs more than 5 ⭐️!! Rupa was an amazing host always making sure we had everything we needed. Not only is the house amazing the views are incredible! We did several hikes just right out the back of the house. We hiked to the top of the mountain behind the Airbnb to watch the sunset and then hiked back up to see the sunrise!

Our stay at Rupa’s property in Sedona was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The home offers a spectacular view of some of the red rock formations, creating a peaceful and inspiring backdrop throughout the day. Every detail reflected Rupa’s care and thoughtfulness ❤️from the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee and essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker, to the relaxing Jacuzzi with towels conveniently nearby.
The outdoor spiral staircase leading up to the deck was one of our favorite features. It provided a perfect spot for stargazing at night ❤️the views of the night sky were absolutely magnificent. The entire home felt elegant, comfortable, and welcoming, with four bedrooms that were perfectly arranged and a master bath that was truly stunning.
We had originally booked for two nights but ended up extending our stay to three because we enjoyed it so much. Everything was exactly as described, if not even better in person. We absolutely recommend this property. Look forward next visit.

My group of ladies thoroughly enjoyed staying at Rupa's. The kitchen and living room are much more spacious than they appear in the pictures. The bedrooms all had their own TV's and were spotless. The bathrooms were roomy and had easy walk-in showers without tubs to climb over, and beautiful tile. Parking easily allowed 4 vehicles in the driveway. The views from the upper deck were gorgeous and the outdoor spaces allowed lots of outdoor time together. Short walk or drive to Basha's or Whole Foods for groceries and a few restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this house to any family or group.
Amazing place to stay especially if you are a stargazer; the house is beautiful inside and out. The top deck was our favorite hangout to sit and enjoy the views, you are close many different hiking areas and many different restaurants and stores would highly recommended.

Rupa was very responsive to any and all questions I had! She was accommodating when we needed an early check in and provided perfect instructions for how to get into the house, anything we needed to use in the house, and what to do for check out were very clear. The house itself was beautiful with plenty of space to hang out and all of the rooms had anything and everything we could have needed for our stay!!

The back patio and side yard offered great views, but the rooftop deck was truly amazing. Everything about our stay was seamless and enjoyable. House was fantastic and high end. There were plenty of sleeping arrangements besides the bedrooms. Garage was converted to a game room with required gadgets and games. One can sleep here too. Wonderful view even from inside. Bathrooms, kitchen, family room were well maintained and arranged very convinient way. The accommodation is very well thought of.
Overall experience is very good and for Sedona, we will always look for this house henceforth.

The home was beautiful, much better than described or the pictures. The home was spotless and the kitchen was fully loaded. They had fully stocked coffee supplies and spices. The view was spectacular, and the hot tub was clean and so relaxing. We would love to stay here again in the future.
This Sedona home is lovely and absolutely perfect for the girl’s weekend I had with some friends. It was the perfect escape for us to get away from our kiddos, get some reading and relaxation and just enjoy our surroundings.
I will definitely go back and I DEFINITELY recommend it.
There were a couple of issues that I will mention that only slightly effected the stay, hopefully they’ll read:
1. The fire pit in the backyard did not light. I’m sure we could have gotten someone to fix it but it was late and we were in pajamas and really didn’t feel like having someone come by. I think a lighter would have solved the issue but the only lighter we found was a dud.
2. The counters are weirdly high in the master bath. There’s no possible way to do makeup in the mirror. At 5’7 I was on my tiptoes to wash my face.
3. The bike situation is weird. It’s listed but don’t plan on using them. I was told they’re for personal use but they’d accommodate. When I used one the gears wouldn’t shift.
This place was perfect. LOVED the ample outdoor seating- made it great for our large group to enjoy and many other properties lacked that. Bathrooms were beautiful and had ample counter space which was great for 11 girls getting ready. On that note, we went hiking and had many people utilizing showers at same time and back to back and never ran out of hot water. Kitchen and main living area was beautiful.
It also was perfect location- local grocery stores were less then a mile away and every hike, attraction or restaurant we went to was no more then 15 minutes away. Couldn't have picked a better property for our weekend.
Beautiful home, lovely surroundings! Matched the description perfectly. Be warned that the area is very dark so you'll need to use your bright headlights if you arrive after dusk. Home was well-stocked and comfy. The host, Rupa, was very nice. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to find a d follow. Nothing unreasonable. We had a great time!

We came up from Phoenix for a girls trip. Plenty of space to all lounge around and sleeping arrangements. Place was beautiful and clean. Close to restaurants - short driving distance. Great stay.
My family and I enjoyed our visit and stay overall! The views were beautiful and the rooftop deck was a nice touch! The beds were also EXTREMELY comfortable. There were just a few things we thought could be improved. The bikes available for use were not in the greatest condition, one of them didn't even have working brakes. The TV in the game room still works but there was an error code showing on the screen. Lastly, the thermostat wouldn't stay at the temperature we set it at and we would wake up to a much colder home. Maybe it was a settings issue but it was a little frustrating. Overall, it was a great place to call home for a few nights and we would stay here again!

Loved this place, right next to downtown sedona. Went with 6 people, but could easily sleep 8-10 if needed. The views are unbeatable. Amenities were plentiful and almost in excess (haha). This house was the perfect size to bring our four families for a weekend stay in Sedona. Our family traveled to tour wedding venues and appreciated the airbnb location being so close to everything in town. The views during the day are amazing and at night, you are able to star gaze from the balcony, AMAZING!

We three families (six adults, eight 9-14yos) had a fantastic time. The house is spacious and everyone could relax and move about without feeling cramped. The kitchen is well-stocked and we were able to cook the few meals we planned without needing any extra equipment. Each bedroom had a smart TV, and the beds were all comfortable. The bathrooms were clean (bidets were great!). The game room was a lot of fun for the kids, as was the fire pit. The adults enjoyed the rooftop deck and the hot tub. The location is great, with everything in Sedona not less than a short drive, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The views of the red rocks were so nice. The washer and dryer worked great and the closet full of games was appreciated. We all had an awesome time, thank you!

7. Hiking Gear and Red Rock Dust: - After hiking, please remove boots and gear before entering the home to avoid tracking in red rock dust. We have a designated area for gear storage.
8. Parking: - Parking is available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed in many areas of Sedona, so please use the designated spaces.
9. Hot Tub Use (if applicable): - The hot tub hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. No glass is allowed in the hot tub area for safety reasons.
