The Village is the right base for visitors prioritising golf, ease of parking, and direct trail access. Bell Rock Pathway is a 3.6-mile family-friendly loop that begins less than a mile from most of these rentals, and Little Horse Trail (the connector to Chicken Point and the Chapel area) is a short drive north on 179. Sunrise on Courthouse Butte from the Village is one of the great Sedona sights.
VOC homes trend toward newer construction with more contemporary finishes than older Sedona neighbourhoods. Typical rates are $260–$520/night for 2- to 4-bedroom homes, and many include casitas, pools, and golf-course views. Uptown is fifteen minutes north on Highway 179 — close enough for dinner without the late-night drive home.
