Pisa Lisa
Pisa Lisa is the most consistent kitchen in Sedona — Lisa Dahl's wood-fired Neapolitan pizzeria in West Sedona, five minutes from most of our rentals. Bright, family-friendly, no reservations, walk-in only. The wood-fired oven is the centrepiece and the pies come out blistered and slightly chewy in the way the best Neapolitan pizzas do. Tuesdays are family night.
Why we send guests here
2245 W SR-89A in West Sedona — five minutes from most of our West Sedona rentals. Wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, salads, antipasti, gelato. Sister restaurant to Mariposa and Cucina Rustica (also Lisa Dahl), and the casual-end anchor of her three-restaurant Sedona portfolio. The Bee Sting (soppressata, mozzarella, basil, hot honey) is the pie to order if you only get one — the hot honey is housemade and the soppressata is sourced from a Phoenix charcuterie. The chopped salad and the meatball antipasto are strong opening orders for a table of four. When to go: Tuesday family night or any weekday for the fastest seating — they do not take reservations and the thirty-minute wait on a Saturday is real but worth it. The gelato is made on premises and the pistachio is the one to get. $25–$40 per person; $60 if you go deep on antipasti and a bottle. Brings adults and kids equally happy.
