Oak Creek Brewery
Oak Creek Brewery is the brewpub inside Tlaquepaque — the courtyard arts village just south of Uptown. House-brewed beers on tap (the amber is the longstanding favourite), elevated pub food, and a patio that opens onto the Tlaquepaque fountain courtyard. The casual lunch or sunset-beer stop when you are already wandering Tlaquepaque for shopping.
Why we send guests here
Inside Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village just south of Uptown — eleven minutes from our West Sedona rentals. A working brewpub with house-brewed beers on tap, elevated pub food (burgers, fish and chips, smoked-trout dip, southwestern-leaning entrees), and a patio that opens directly onto the Tlaquepaque fountain courtyard. Order the amber ale (the longest-running house beer and still the one that works best with the food) and the smoked-trout dip to start; the burger is reliable, the fish and chips are above-average for a brewpub. When to go: midday for the lunch patio after shopping Tlaquepaque, or late afternoon for a sunset flight. Tlaquepaque parking is the painful part — get there before 11 AM or after 4 PM to find a spot easily. $20–$40 per person. Half-pint flights of four beers run $10 and are the right way to taste. Family-friendly; the courtyard means kids can wander between sips.
