A canyon-side general store, espresso bar, and hot kitchen all in one — and the back patio is one of the most underrated cafe spots in northern Arizona, set under cottonwoods with Oak Creek running below. Order the breakfast burrito (eggs, chorizo, potato, cheese, green chile — the owner of these rentals personally calls it the best in the area) and a cold brew from the espresso bar to start the day, or the chicken-pesto sandwich and a side salad for lunch. When to go: early-morning fuel stop on the way to West Fork or Slide Rock, or a leisurely mid-morning patio breakfast on a slower day. Open 7 AM most days. $12–$22 per person. The market sells everything you forgot for the rental — wine, snacks, sunscreen, firewood — and the front coffee bar is staffed by baristas who know what they are doing. The canyon-day anchor stop.
