Beautiful rooftop view of downtown Positive: Clean apt and only a mile from our primary destination. Love the rooftop. Negative: Small issue with ice maker- had same problem in June. Property manager delivered bag of ice.

Positive: Spacious included full kitchen. Clean. Negative: Internet did not work. Was not resolved for two days. No cable or antenna--only streaming services which cannot be used without internet. Keycode did not work. Stood outside in cold for 10-15 minutes while it was resolved.

Comfy & convenient stay with great hosts! Positive: Hosts were great and helpful - they were very accommodating and responded to my texts / inquiries very quickly. They clearly take pride in their rentals. I stayed longer term than I have in any other rental and they made it a great experience. It's a short drive away from the heart of East Nashville, but has a coffee shop, small grocer, and hair salon within a few minutes walking distance.
